1Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). This ensures the muffins bake evenly and achieve a fluffy texture.

2Melt the butter. Cut the butter into small pieces and place them in a saucepan over low heat. Slowly stir until the butter melts completely.

3Prepare the egg mixture. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the sugar. Whisk vigorously until the mixture becomes light and frothy, almost white in color.

4Combine wet ingredients. Pour the melted butter and milk into the egg mixture. Gently fold everything together with a spatula until well combined.

5Dry ingredients and batter. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until you achieve a smooth batter.

6Chocolate and berries time! Roughly chop the white chocolate. Add the chopped chocolate and fresh raspberries to the batter. Fold them in using a wooden spoon until evenly distributed.

7Fill and garnish. Spoon the batter into muffin tins, filling each cup about 2/3 full. Sprinkle the tops with slivered almonds.
